I believe that we are all capable of so much more than we think. When we take time to invest in ourselves, we become better, we focus on pushing past limits that we allowed to define us in the past. We can’t change the past but we can use it to help us make our future exactly what we want it to be. We get to choose how we manage this one life. We don’t have to stay where we’ve been. We can ascend into a life we claim for ourselves by fighting, climbing and working for it, mentally and physically.
